Seeks to recruit a cohort of 60 clinical faculty who will receive dedicated training to observe, rate, and give formative and summative feedback to MD students during the 8+ OSCEs (Objective Structured Clinical Exam) exams students will encounter over the course of their 4 years at HMS.
