The BWH Faculty Mentoring Leadership Program (FMLP) is a peer learning experience for midcareer and senior faculty physician and scientist mentors to enhance their mentoring effectiveness. The program is geared towards faculty who are currently mentoring other faculty and are eager to foster a collaborative learning environment among BWH faculty mentors. Each of nine monthly sessions is a highly interactive, case-based discussion facilitated by senior faculty mentors who have participated in the program.
